The Color Wow Root Cover Up instantly covers greys, helps touch-up highlights and fills in sparse areas. This water-resistant formula is the perfect product for on-the-go with its mirrored compact and dual ended brush.
How to use
1. Apply to dry hair.
2. Load up small end of brush with powder.
3. Use free hand to pull hair flat and taut against head, and press brush down firmly into roots, starting from scalp and working out.
4. Do not use a sweeping motion.
5. Apply more powder as needed.
6. To extend highlights, use side edge of small brush. Lightly dust off any excess powder with wide end of brush.
