These terms and conditions of sale apply to all services and goods supplied through our website www.olica.co.uk (referred to as "we/our/us/ourselves"), whose registered office is at Lurtin Way, Daresbury, Warrington WA4 4GJ.
Any orders placed via the website or by telephone with our online shop team are done so in accordance and acceptance of these terms and conditions and that you have read our privacy policy.
You acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions made are subject to our privacy policy and these terms and conditions.
1. PRIVACY & SECURITY
Please read our privacy policy and secure payment terms, which form a part of these Terms and Conditions and governs your visit our website, so that you may understand our privacy and security practices.
2. YOUR ACCOUNT 'My Account'
When you register an account with us, you will be asked to create a password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us as soon as possible.
To register on the Site you must be over eighteen years of age.
You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. Please inform us of any changes to your information by updating your personal details to ensure that our records are correct.
You can access and update the information you have provided to us within the ‘My Account' section of the web site.
3) Placing an Order
We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver goods or services ordered via this website if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
All card payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If your payment is not authorised, or for any other reason we are not able to take payment when we attempt to do so, we will not fulfil your order.
Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between Olica (“we, “us”) and you when we have accepted your order and received payment in full (cleared funds). Payment for the products and delivery charges are taken at the time we receive your order. Once we have checked your card details and stock availability your order will be prepared and dispatched. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be processed.
The goods advertised on our web site are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.
Once the contract is in place between you and us, Olica shall continue to own any goods ordered until we have received payment and have been dispatched to you.
When purchasing with Olica we cannot guarantee all products are in stock at the time of purchase. If stock shortage occurs and we will be unable to fulfill your order within a 7 working day time frame from the date of purchase we will contact you to provide a time frame and anticipated delivery date and the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last and we reserve the right to refuse the use of any discount codes or offers for any reason. Olica shall not be liable to any customer or household for any monetary loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any discount code or any failure or inability of a customer or household to use a discount code for any reason.
4) Returns/Refunds
You have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service, subject to the exceptions below. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to certain goods that we sell, for example, items where the security seal has been broken or the product has indeed been used.
Any orders can be cancelled up until the point of dispatch and a full refund will be issued. Unfortunately once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel this and this will need to be returned in order to obtain a refund. We cannot accept free returns at this time and unfortunately you will be responsible for any return costs.
We cannot accept the return of products that has been opened or used. If you are unsatisfied or have any issue with any products please contact us on info@olica.co.uk and we will advise what to do next.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to return. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
Once a parcel has been returned. This will be checked by our team and if the product is returned as expected unopened and in its original packaging a refund will be processed.
5) Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via the e-mail address provided by you on registration or via a suitable announcement on the Site. The changes will apply to the use of the Site after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Site and the Online Store. If you continue to use the Site after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Site indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms.
6) ACCESS TO THE OLICA WEBSITE (WWW.OLICA.CO.UK)
We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the availability of the web site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and the World Wide Web, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new products or improvements to the site. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction and where possible post notice of the intent to restrict access to allow for maintenance on the website and any social media platforms with as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to refuse/restrict access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If an order is cancelled you will be informed immediately and a full refund will be processed.
