Delivery and returns
We have included all information regarding delivery and possible return of purchases below but if you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us at info@olica.co.uk or 01925 648 426.
Delivery
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail on a tracked service to arrive within 3-5 working days.
Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, over the weekend or on a Public Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the following working day (subject to stock availability). You will receive a further update email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs at £3.95.
We unfortunately do not offer a next day service at the moment but are planning to hopefully introduce this service in the near future.
We advise you to group your items in one order, as we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items will be well-protected.
In the event of your order not being possible to dispatch within 7 working days of receiving the order, we will endeavour to keep you informed and update you of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund.
Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries whereby the address provided by the customer is not accurate. If a delivery fails due to a customer supplying an address incorrectly, we will not re-send or refund the order until the original parcel has been returned to the return address. If you wish to cancel the order for a refund following this, the cost of delivery will be deducted from the refund amount. If you choose to have the products re-sent, you will need to pay for the redelivery.
If a parcel appears to be damaged in any way DO NOT accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
Returns
If you wish to return an item within 14 days of receipt, you can return by contacting us on info@olica.co.uk and obtaining further return address instructions. Returns are done so at your own risk and any parcels sent without a tracking return service are done so at your own risk as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit. Any returns must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, otherwise unfortunately we will not be able to grant the refund and any further postage costs to resend the item will be chargeable.
